We reserve the right to modify or terminate this rewards program at any time.
With instant deposit, your restaurant's card transactions (excluding American Express Direct transactions) will be deposited to your restaurant's eligible bank account typically within a few seconds (may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases). A 1.75% fee is applied to the amount of each instant deposit.
Your deposits qualify for up to $3,000,000 in FDIC insurance coverage when Thread Bank places them at program banks in its deposit sweep program. Your deposits at each program bank become eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000, inclusive of any other deposits you may already hold at the bank in the same ownership capacity.
