Raised in Montreal, Canada, William worked as a hotel manager in the Caribbean and Europe before transitioning to technical roles with British and international QSR brands. Turlach McKeown is the owner and operator of two chef-driven cafes in Ireland, specializing in scratch-made dishes, speciality coffee, and homemade desserts. With over 13 years of experience as a Head Chef, Turlach brings a fine-dining ethos to the casual dining experience. Since opening his first cafe seven years ago, he has built a thriving business known for its creative menus, quality ingredients, and strong community focus, all while maintaining a passion for culinary excellence.
Cokey’s career within the hospitality industry has included opening, operating and owning a number of pubs and restaurants. He is also an active and passionate investor in the hospitality sector. Cokey co-founded Dirty Bones in 2014, and is a partner in the Senior Ceviche Group and previously led the team at Arcade Food Hall as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Edward is a founding member of the modern kebab house Le Bab, which opened in Soho in 2016, and now has seven locations across London. He also co-founded the fine dining experience Kebab Queen in Covent Garden. Edward began his career in hospitality as a chef at Mayfair’s Le Gavroche, but moved into restaurant ownership to elevate the beloved British kebab experience. Edward’s passion revolves around bringing new techniques, ideas and ingredients into one of the world’s greatest and oldest dishes.
Gavin is the Chief Technology Officer at F1 Arcade, the world’s first F1 social entertainment experience. With a background in event technology, he is a big believer in the power of facilitating digital experiences and is passionate about providing best in class hospitality, design, and technology to F1 Arcade’s customers.
Maya has spent over 10 years working in the hospitality industry, taking on roles in hospitality management, business development and restaurant consulting. With a background in cheffing and a passion for enhancing guest experiences and driving brand success, Maya knows inside and out what working in restaurants is all about. She is currently the Director of Brand Success at The Sababah Company, which has worked to bring Michelin star chef Eyal Shani’s restaurant concepts to life in London.
Richie Barrett, the general manager of Kicky’s in Dublin, has over 15 years experience working in restaurants around the world. Born in Chicago and raised in Dublin, Ritchie is passionate about traveling and experiencing other foods and cultures, developing his enthusiastic palette, appreciating food, wines and cocktails.
